2024-10-2 9:00pm: All Drupal websites hosted by SCLS will be offline for approximately 1/2 hour between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. for Drupal module updates.

Badgernet Outage (Resolved)

2024-09-26 3:45pm: The site migration was completed without any further outages!

2024-09-26 2:15pm: A configuration with the Badgernet migration at one site has temporarily caused an outage at multiple Badgernet sites. The change is being undone and service will be restored soon. Hopefully this is a one time outage today!

LINKcat Mobile App upgrade

2024-09-19 11:30am: The upgraded LINKcat Mobile App is available in both Google Play and the App Store. If patrons report any problems, please report them to the Help Desk, along with the patron's barcode, whether the patron is using Apple or Android, as well as any other pertinent information, such as item barcodes. If reporting problems about linked accounts, please submit all patron barcodes that should be linked.

2024-09-12 10:35am: The LINKcat Mobile App is being upgraded due to pending changes in iOS 18. The app upgrade involves changes to the app itself, including a Reading Tracker and Book Lists (please note that like the linked accounts, these are only available in the app and are not available in Bibliovation). The upgraded app is already available in Google Play and will be available in the App Store shortly. The app will update automatically or users will be prompted to update the app (this depends on how users have set up their devices). We will provide more information about new features and updated screenshots on LINKcat Help as soon as possible. If you or your patrons encounter problems with the app, please report them to the Help Desk.

Bibliovation System level report scripts not running

2024-08-28 2:45pm: The phone and text notices from Friday 8/23/2024 and Saturday 8/24/2024 were not generated or delivered AND the data is NOT available to extract in a report.  Email notices did got out for those days. Trying to see if a report can be run that matches the holds checked in those days against the patrons that have phone and text hold notices selected.

2024-08-24 2:00pm: The Talking Tech/i-tiva report did not run and import yesterday or today.  The LibLime ticket has been updated with this information.

2024-08-23 12:53pm:  Looks like the ability to print/email checkout slips is back and functioning properly. You may have to clear your cache before getting the slips to print.  Please submit a Help Desk ticket if you encounter any additional problems.  Still waiting on the i-tiva/Talking Tech import.

2024-08-23 11:45am: Holds Queue reports are populating with holds requests but the problem with checkout slips remains.

2024-08-23 10:00am:  Attempting to print OR email a checkout receipt produces an Internal Server Error.  No problems found with the message queue - all emails notices are being generated and delivered.  Phone and text notices are NOT going out yet due to the failure of the i-tiva script to import the lists.

2024-08-23 9:20am: Additional reports that printing checkout receipts produces an Internal Server error and possible problems with the message queue (report that generates notices).  Added problems to the LibLime ticket.  If you notice any other system report problems please submit a Help Desk ticket.

2024-08-23 8:58am: Holds Queue reports are not re-populating/refreshing and the i-tiva (Talking Tech) import has failed.  This has been reported to LibLime.
